For the first time during New York Fashion Week, we brought together sport and fashion to shine a light on Sport for Good. Star athletes traded their jerseys for high fashion, jewelry and timepieces, as they walked the runway to raise awareness and crucial funds for disadvantaged youth across the US.
The Fashion Show Gala was kicked off by Super Bowl Champion, Pro-Football Hall of Famer, Co-host of GMA/GMA DAY, NFL on Fox Analyst, and fashion designer, Michael Strahan and Supermodel, Entrepreneur, and Philanthropist, Karolína Kurková.
In addition to seeing their favorite sporting legends rocking designer clothing and accessories, our 400 guests were treated to food, champagne and cocktails while enjoying music from DJ Dee Wiz and Doug E. Fresh. World-renowned photographer, Nigel Barker, curated an exclusive athlete photo collection to support this event.
The evening raised funds to support 501(c)(3) non-profit Laureus USA, and advance our mission to improve the lives of youth and unite communities through the power of sport.
